March 8 is International Women's Day #IWD2021 and this year's theme is Choose to Challenge #choosetochallenge. Yes, we still need an International Women's Day! Gender parity is still a long way off, some even say another hundred years. This month let's acknowledge the global achievements of women, raise awareness of equality issues, and push for gender parity.
