Editing digitization requests

Copyright Office staff can edit the details of pending digitization requests (e.g. resource metadata, request dates).

Entering today's date for Start Date will ensure that the digitization is visible to the instructor as soon as the request is approved. Needed by date corresponds to the first day of the semester in which the reading is being used; End date corresponds to the last day of the semester.


To edit a digitization request in TADC:

  1. Click the three vertical dots to the right of the digitization request you want to edit. 
  2. Click Edit and select Edit & resubmit.

  3. Step 1 in the Edit digitization request process allows you to edit details about the resource. Step 2 (shown below) allows you to edit course specific details (e.g. request dates, enrollment numbers):

    • Note: If you only need to edit course specific details, click Next at the bottom of Step 1 to skip to Step 2.
  4. Click Submit.
