The national and global professional voice of Canadian nursing, representing 478,000 regulated nurses across Canada. The CNA's Canadian Network of Nursing Specialties also connects national associations in a variety of specialized areas of nursing.
The ICN is "a federation of more than 130 national nurses associations (NNAs), representing the more than 20 million nurses worldwide" (including Canada - the CNA is a member of ICN).
