Need to use something that Langara doesn't own? You may borrow books from other libraries using your Langara Library card. Books and articles from other colleges and universities can also be requested for free via interlibrary loan. Allow yourself time for delivery to Langara: 3-5 working days for journal articles (which will be emailed to you), and up to 10 working days for books.

The Langara Writing Centre offers free one-on-one writing help on a drop-in basis (no appointment necessary). Tutoring sessions are usually about 20 minutes long, and you can get help with assignments at any stage of the writing process.
