Many companies have detailed web sites. These can be excellent “one-stop” sources for information about companies, including mission statements, organizational structures, corporate social responsibility, and annual reports. Key areas to look for: About Us, Investors (note annual reports and financial statements), Media (news/press releases), and Products (and/or Services).
NOTE: Any analysis or news at a company site may present only one side of a complex story and should be supplemented with more objective articles in magazines and newspapers.
Trade publications, business magazines, and newspapers provide current information about company performance, issues/challenges, and many other things, which may not be found in other sources. Use the following database to locate articles about your company, its competitors, and its industry.
